THE RESTORATION PATH A three-month guided restoration cycle. For people who are ready to move beyond temporary relief and create lasting change. Many people arrive feeling tired, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. The first Restoration Session often brings relief, clarity and a renewed sense of possibility. But lasting restoration takes time. The Restoration Path is designed to support that process. Over the course of approximately three months, we work together to restore your natural capacity for regulation, awareness and balance. This path includes: - Six personalised Restoration Sessions Held approximately every 2–3 weeks, allowing space for integration and lasting change between sessions. - A Personalised Restoration Oil Created to support your individual process and provide a sensory anchor throughout the journey. - Three Guided Reflection Letters Letter to Future Self Letter to Present Self Letter to Former Self Designed to deepen awareness, track progress and strengthen integration throughout the restoration process. - Return to Self Stone A carefully selected stone to accompany the completion of your journey and serve as a tangible reminder of the work you have done. - Occasionally A Song of Origin A personal reflection written by Lilianna, inspired by the themes, qualities and deeper remembrance that emerged throughout your restoration process.
