Sometimes it's just chaotic and it looks like our energy will never come back. Your whole system looks like leaking and of course you know how it happens, but you're lacking the tools to help the situation improve. Well, tada, that's where this beautiful development tool - according to some the science of differentation - comes in, Human Design. Human Design explains how energy works through our system and how we can use our/ the energy to become vital and healthy again. If you know how your energy can work for you (and others) then you can free yourself from a lot you (un)consiously carry around. Oh, and yes.. there are some quick wins; big aha's, and "wooowwww", and there are more subtle movements, new behaviour sneaking in, small changes in preferences and so on. Everybody has his own proces of unlearning. I started my deconditioning proces (becoming less of who I thought I was and more of who I really am) in January 2012 and took several classes to gain knowledge (mentally, physically, emotionally, ánd energatically) about this, back then, relatively unknown system. Due to my experience as a child therapist and years of working experience in social work settings, I love to help parents understand more of themselves in relation to their child(ren) and/ or to help them understand their children.
