COLLECTIVE RESTORATION JOURNEYS A place to pause. Throughout the year I host small Collective Restoration Journeys inspired by the seasons, the rhythms of life and the need for restoration. Each gathering is unique. Some invite stillness. Some invite reflection. Some invite release. Using sound, atmosphere, scent and intentional space, we create an environment where the body can slow down and the mind can soften. No experience is needed. No goal needs to be achieved. Simply come as you are.
