A sound journey
Sound is the central experience: a space for receiving, deep listening and stepping out of the usual pace. Valuable and complete in itself.
Sound · frequency · sensory restoration
Each session starts with what is happening now and what you need.
What this work is
A Restoration Session supports you in finding and strengthening a secure base within yourself. From there, you can become aware of what is happening, mentally, physically and emotionally. Sound and frequency are part of this process, alongside conversation, sensory awareness and integration.
That secure base allows awareness. Awareness supports regulation. From that regulated state, what your system has had to hold can begin to soften and trauma can gradually be released, creating the conditions for a more restored relationship with yourself.

An important distinction
A sound journey centres the experience of sound itself: receiving, listening deeply and stepping away from the usual pace. It can be beautiful, regulating and complete in its own right.
A Restoration Session starts with you, what is happening now, what your system is carrying and what helps you find and strengthen a secure base within yourself. Sound and frequency may be part of the session, alongside conversation, sensory awareness, silence, breath, movement and, where appropriate, touch.
There is time to notice what shifted, understand what it means and weave it into daily life. This movement from experience into awareness, regulation and integration creates room for meaningful change.
Sound is the central experience: a space for receiving, deep listening and stepping out of the usual pace. Valuable and complete in itself.
You and what is happening now are the starting point. Sound is one of several ways to support a secure base, awareness, regulation, integration and meaningful change.
What to expect
We begin by slowing down enough to notice what is present, at a pace that allows understanding to unfold.
We clarify what is asking for attention and what would make the session genuinely useful.
Sound, frequency, sensory grounding, silence and conversation are used according to the person and moment.
We make space for what shifted, what remains present and what you want to carry forward.
When this may fit
People come when life has become too loud, fast or demanding; when they are moving through change; when rest feels difficult to access; or when something understood mentally is ready to be experienced more fully.
Restoration can also be a deliberate practice: a way to listen while the signal is still quiet.
Ways to begin
The standard rate reflects the sustainable cost of the work. A limited number of reduced-rate places make the work accessible across different budgets. Supporting rates help sustain those places. The work itself is always the same.
60–75 minutes + integration
A first session stands on its own. We begin with what is happening now, then shape the work around what your system can receive and use.
Six sessions · three months
For work that benefits from continuity across time. The path creates enough time to notice patterns, try different responses and integrate change into ordinary life.
75 minutes · online
A focused one-to-one session for regulation, perspective and integration, designed specifically for the online setting and the possibilities it offers.
Restoration together
For four to six people who want to share a carefully held sound and sensory experience. Each journey takes its own form, shaped around the group, occasion and setting.
Suitable for a group of friends, a retreat, a team or a small community gathering. Pricing follows the length, location and format.
